Specialty Care Assisted & Retirement Living
Magnolia Place was the first assisted living facility built in Auburn in 1996. The community was acquired along with Azalea Place in 2002. This beautiful southern home with white pillars now accommodates our Dementia residents. The warm, inviting living room is a favorite spot for our residents to gather. A large courtyard that includes a three-seated swing, two gazebos, a large grill and plenty of places to grow flowers and vegetables may be entered through the dining room. Many residents gravitate to the activity room for the life enrichment activities scheduled daily.
Magnolia Place has thirteen retirement living cottages on its campus. Each has a screened-in or glassed-in porch along with a one-car garage. The spacious kitchen includes a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Both the living room and master bedroom have tray ceilings with fans. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom with bathtub while the guest bedroom bathroom provides a seated shower. The cottage residents enjoy their clubhouse, a place to gather for meals and social activities, located among the cottages.
